Refund Policy

At Elyo Glasses, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds, especially for customized products.

1. General Return Policy

1.1 We accept returns of non-customized products within 2 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

1.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@elyoglasses.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

2. No Refunds on Customized Lenses and Glasses

2.1 Due to the personalized nature of customized lenses and glasses, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items. Once an order for customized lenses or glasses has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2.2 Please ensure that the prescription details and customization options are entered accurately before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

3.1 If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide us with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.

3.2 We will review the issue and, if deemed appropriate, will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
